Finishing a Test

You might be unsure if you've finished a test, generally there will be two scenarios;

Completing Sessions

In the majority of tests, you'll find that you'll complete all sessions before finishing the game itself. When you have finished a session you will see the below message or similar;

This means that we've got your session, and you don't need to do anything further to confirm an upload!

When you have completed all sessions required for the specific playtest, then you are done with the test! Thanks for taking part!

Completing the Game/Demo

Some playtests require that the Game/Demo is completed, in which case, you might find that even though a Test is 4 sessions, you complete it within 2 sessions.

This is usually fine, and will normally be mentioned in the instructions of the test.

In the vast majority of cases, you do not need to submit further sessions, however, if you're unsure, please do feel free to reach out to us for further information. Click the bubble below to get started, or contact support@gotestify.com.

Unable to Submit more Sessions

There are a few reasons why you might not be able to submit another session, see below for more info!

Daily Sessions

This is because the test in question requires a substantial break between sessions.

Please allow at least 24 hours between each session you submit. This is usually because of a mechanic in the game, or a need to recharge in some way. We also don't want you getting tired of playing!

Have you accidentally Finished the session instead of Pausing it?

It's okay, accidents happen, if this has happened, please reach out to support and let us know what has happened and let us know what test you were participating in.
Details on how to contact us are at the bottom of this article.

Playtest Closed

Playtests can fill up quickly, and sometimes can close soon after launch.

We would always recommend that if you get an invite, try to make time to take part as soon as possible! We do understand that life gets in the way sometimes of course.

If you do get a message to say the test has closed, unfortunately there's not much we can do. Sorry about this!

If you don’t feel this is right or have been told you can submit a session sooner, please contact us on Live Support (Via the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the website, or through support@gotestify.com) and we’ll see what we can do!
