It says the App/Game can't be Installed
If you get a message on your device saying the App cannot be installed, this can mean a few things;
You may need to enable permissions on your device, usually within the settings if it's a mobile phone, check your user manual, or online to find out how to do this for your specific device.
You may not have enough space on your device, use your file manager (dependent on device) to clear some room and try again.
Upgrading your device's operating system may enable you to take part.
If none of the above help, unfortunately, your device may not be compatible with the game and you will not be able to take part in this playtest.
Please note: Our minimum specification requirement for Android playtests is Android Operating System Version 10. This information can be found in your device settings.
I can't find my Download
If you have the test link, repeat the process of accessing the game for the playtest and follow the instructions carefully.
Have you checked your app screen, is the app hidden somewhere by accident and has already been installed after downloading?
Do your download settings prohibit you from installing the game/app? You may need to trust our software first, try going into your lock screen & security settings and allow installation from unknown or other sources for this download.
Some downloads can be quite large; if you don't have the storage space on your phone you may not be able to install it.
My Game keeps Crashing/Isn't Loading
If you're on Android and it's crashing or you're getting a black screen, just swipe off the app / close it and then reset your device. After around 2+ minutes, go back into the app and try again.
Please bear in mind the game may not open if you don't have enough storage space on your device.
Are you connected to a strong internet connection? Your game could still be downloading in the background, especially for online features.
If your game doesn't begin, wait patiently. When you rule out it isn't a loading problem, you can always try by exiting, closing and reentering the app.
If all of the above doesn't work, uninstall, turn your device off, wait for a little then turn it back on and reinstall the game as a last attempt to try again.
Games in Development:
Don't forget - often you'll be playing games in development.
That means they aren't games that have been released to the public - some early features may stop you from playing straight away or there may be bugs/issues to prevent you from continuing.
Usually, you will be instructed on how to overcome any issues like this before you start the playtest, so please read all instructions carefully.
