View Related Survey Responses: You can now easily filter the survey responses based on the automated survey themes identified by GT Intelligence to gather evidence more easily e.g. player quotes, when showcasing to your team or adding to reports. It also includes some other sweet UX improvements when displaying survey themes.
Running Automated Findings: You can now run or re-run automated findings powered by GT Intelligence from the findings section. It's handy if you want some quick insights for an important meeting before the test closes or if you want to re-run the findings after hiding players in recordings.
😎 Quality of Life Updates
Invite User Accounts: You now invite users via email when adding user accounts to a company account. Users receiving the email complete their account setup themselves inc. password creation.
External Collaborator Updates: Emails sent upon inviting an external collaborator to access a test provide more clarity on the email account/address setup.
Player Video Timeline: Updated to visually indicate each segment where a player has a related clip for the finding being viewed.
Player Total for Related Clips: When performing a visual search or viewing a finding, the player selection area, will show you the number of players that matched the search or finding Plus the number of players that could have been matched. e.g. Players 6 of 9. This gives you more clarity on the amount of testers affected.

🚀 Automated Survey Analysis: Go Testify now automatically analyses all survey responses for Go Testify surveys, providing summaries and key themes for each question including follow-ups. We even identify themes over time on multi-session tests. Survey analysis runs automatically on closing a test or can be run manually at any time if the participant sessions are updated e.g. hidden/unhidden.
🚀 Survey Templates: You can now 'Add to Templates' any survey created on a test to use as a template when preparing your future tests. Any survey added to templates from a test will show in the templates section when adding a new survey to a test under Your Templates. Selecting it will auto-fill the survey saving you valuable time and keeping consistency e.g. common benchmark surveys for your test.
🚀 Invite External Collaborators: You can now invite external collaborators to assist reviewing or moderating on tests e.g. external recruitment providers or user researchers. Add or remove them from any test which will also limit access to only that test when they login.
😎 Quality of Life Updates: You may have have noticed a lick of fresh paint on the user interface of your customer portal. We have released some visual and navigation updates to make interacting with your tests that little bit easier and more intuitive.
View ALL recordings: Viewing a recording via the recordings section will show all recordings for fast viewing of other participant video sessions.
Smart Search: Now available at all times when viewing a recording or a finding. Applicable to tests ran with Automated Intelligence included
Note Taking: When viewing a recording, add a note more easily now by selecting the Add Note button on the video scrubber OR press CTRL+N at any time to add a note at that moment in time.
